I have alway been told that both arms should be involved in the swing out of bunkers, and I usually hit the ball before the sand. This drill makes sense, I look forward to giving it a try while practicing…thanks.

I asked Martin a similar question when he did the Tiger one handed putting drill - if this trail arm swing is so good why do we bother adding the lead hand?

Thanks Debbie for the one arm throwing motion for practice out of a bunker. All of a sudden I’ve developed a mental block and am struggling to get out of a green side bunker so this will help.
Thanks Martin, I'm an 80yr old golfer. I just leaned a bout 10 yrs ago. I constantly get into the turf behind the ball. The moment you started explaining LEDFOB it made perfect sense. Thanks for helping
