Can you explain how to break-up the various exercises to create a weekly plan that could be used at home. For total benefit should you use all exercises in each video or just do one of each type and should they be grouped. For ex. upper body, core lower body etc.

Hello Don I really enjoy your fitness tips. I do have your earlier DVD's (probably a decade ago now) but as happens in life you need a reminder or a different tip to keep ones interest. This routine is an interesting challenge. Having reached 70, still in single figures and still preferring to walk the courses, I know your tips and advice have helped. Thank you and all the very best for 2023. FYI your tips have travelled across the world to Freshwater Creek near Geelong in state of Victoria in Australia.
